These Terms govern your use of freezeframesolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Freeze Frame Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover use of this marketing Site only. Managed IT services, project work, and ongoing engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement between us and the client.

Free IT Health Check

The free IT Health Check is what we describe on the free assessment page: a 30-minute consultation, a written summary report within a few business days, and no obligation. We do not sign you up for anything. We do not add you to remarketing lists.

The findings in the report are based on what we can reasonably observe in a 30-minute review. A complete assessment of your environment takes longer and is part of a paid engagement. The Health Check is not a substitute for ongoing managed IT, a formal security audit, or a compliance review.

Forms and Communications

When you submit a form on this Site, your information is forwarded to us via Web3Forms. We use it to respond to your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for details.

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you to respond to your specific inquiry. We will not add you to ongoing marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This limitation applies to use of the marketing Site only. Managed services engagements have separate liability terms set out in the written services agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Freeze Frame Solutions and its founder, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
