Service
Managed IT Services in Anchorage, Alaska.
An outsourced IT department for Alaska's working businesses. One engineer who knows your network, picks up the phone, and fixes the problem the first time.
If your IT works the way most small business IT works, here is what that looks like
Something breaks. You call a phone number. A stranger picks up, asks for a ticket number, asks who your account manager is, asks you to repeat the issue, transfers you, and forty minutes later schedules a callback for tomorrow. By then, your team has lost a half-day of productivity and you've added one more thing to the list of stuff you do not have time to think about. That is not how this should work.
What is included in managed IT
-
Unlimited helpdesk during business hours
Phone, email, and remote support. Most issues are resolved on the first call. After-hours emergency support included for managed clients.
-
24/7 monitoring and proactive maintenance
Servers, workstations, firewalls, and backups are monitored continuously. Patches and updates are applied automatically on a tested schedule, not whenever Microsoft decides to push them.
-
On-site service across Anchorage and the Mat-Su
Some problems need hands on the equipment. We come to you. No travel charges within the Anchorage bowl, transparent pricing for Mat-Su and outlying sites.
-
Vendor management on your behalf
Internet not working? Printer leasing company won't return your calls? We handle the vendor side. You should not be on hold with GCI for an hour.
-
Quarterly business reviews and IT planning
Once a quarter we sit down (or hop on a call) and look at what's coming. Aging hardware, license renewals, security posture, capacity planning. No surprises in your IT budget.
Some context that should make you uncomfortable
The average small business in the US loses several thousand dollars per hour of unplanned IT downtime. Most small businesses do not have a tested backup. The number-one source of compromise for SMBs in 2026 is not exotic ransomware, it is a phished Microsoft 365 account that nobody noticed for weeks because nobody was watching. Managed IT, done correctly, makes those things much less likely. That is the entire point.
The Freeze Frame Solutions difference
You get me, not a queue
Every call, every ticket, every site visit goes through the founder. The person who picks up is the person who knows your network.
Modern stack, not 2018 antivirus
Huntress for endpoint detection, Cloudflare for DNS and edge security, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace as first-class environments, UniFi for networking.
Predictable billing
Flat monthly fee for everything in your contract. Hours roll into a defined block. Anything outside that block, we tell you the cost before we start.
No rip-and-replace
We take over what you have. Your existing equipment, vendors, and contracts stay. We document, monitor, and improve from inside.
Who managed IT is for
Managed IT is the right fit if your business has at least 10 endpoints (computers, phones, servers combined), is dependent on technology to operate, and the cost of a half-day of downtime would noticeably hurt the business. If you are a one-person consultancy with a single laptop, you do not need managed IT — you need a backup plan. If you have 100 endpoints, you might need a hybrid model with co-managed IT alongside an internal admin. Either way, an honest conversation gets you a clear answer.
