Why this page exists
If your business runs on Google Workspace and you've been frustrated trying to find a local IT provider who understands it, you are not alone. The vast majority of Anchorage MSPs are Microsoft-first shops. They will quietly try to migrate you to Microsoft 365 because that is where their commission structure points and that is what their tooling supports. We do not do that. We run Google Workspace tenants today, including for active clients in trucking and food and beverage. We will support whichever environment is right for your business.

For everything the admin console cannot do efficiently, we use GAM at the command line. Bulk operations, custom reporting, mailbox forwarding rules, Gmail filters at scale. Most local MSPs do not run GAM. We do.

Google Workspace versus Microsoft 365 for Alaska businesses
There is no universal right answer. Google Workspace tends to win for businesses with mobile-first or Chromebook-heavy teams, those that prefer simplicity over feature depth, and those that already use the Google ecosystem (Android, Chrome, YouTube, Google Ads). Microsoft 365 tends to win for businesses with heavy Office desktop dependency, complex SharePoint document libraries, or industry software that integrates with Outlook. We will lay both options out, with real numbers, and let you decide. No commission incentive either way.
