Freeze Frame Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") operates freezeframesolutions.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site or contact us, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

We are an Anchorage, Alaska-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider. We collect as little information as possible to do what we are here to do — help Alaska businesses run reliable, secure technology.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and message content when you fill out a contact form, request a free IT Health Check, or download a guide. Anything else you choose to send us by email, phone, or chat.

Information collected automatically

Basic server log information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider and the Cloudflare network edge. We do not run third-party behavioral analytics on this Site — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.

What we do not collect

• Payment information through this Site (paid engagements are invoiced separately)
• Sensitive personal information beyond what is required to respond to you
• Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years old

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and follow up on requested services
• To send you the IT Buyer's Guide PDF or other materials you request
• To schedule and conduct free IT Health Checks
• To communicate about ongoing engagements if you become a client
• To maintain basic security and operational records (server logs, abuse detection)

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers. We do not add you to email marketing lists without your explicit consent. We do not use your contact info for anything other than directly responding to you and the engagement you have asked us about.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate this Site:

• Cloudflare (United States) hosts the Site on Cloudflare Pages and provides DNS, CDN, and edge security. Cloudflare may log basic request data and may set short-lived security cookies for bot mitigation.
• Web3Forms processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
• Google Fonts serves typography used on the Site. Google may log IP addresses per its own privacy policy.
• Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace handle our email delivery on our end.

If you reach out by phone, we use standard mobile carrier services. We do not record calls without your explicit consent.

Cookies

This Site does not set tracking, advertising, or behavioral cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of operational cookies (such as __cf_bm) for bot mitigation and load balancing. These cookies expire after a short period and contain no personal information.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete the engagement, or comply with legal record-keeping obligations (typically up to three years for business records, longer where required by tax or contract law).

If you would like us to delete your inquiry or correspondence, email orion@freezeframesolutions.com and we will honor the request, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records for paid engagements).

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Request that we delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of any future communications from us

Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit (HTTPS across the Site), multi-factor authentication on our internal email and storage systems, and access controls limiting who can see what. We are a security shop — we take this seriously.

That said, no system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a data incident affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable Alaska and federal law.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for businesses and adult decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
