Freeze Frame Solutions is a locally owned, founder-operated managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in Anchorage, Alaska. We work with the businesses that keep this state running: trucking fleets, coffee roasters, accountants, attorneys, and small retail.
Why this exists
Most managed IT providers in Alaska are either national chains pretending to be local, or local shops that haven't updated their tech stack since the iPhone 6. Either way, the small and mid-sized businesses that actually keep this state running end up with IT that's expensive, opaque, and frustrating.

How we work
When you bring us in, we don't rip out everything you've built. We take over the IT you already have, document it, find what's broken or risky, and put proper monitoring and security in place. Most environments need course-correction, not demolition.
From there, you get an IT department on call. Helpdesk for your team, on-site for the harder problems, monitoring around the clock, and a real person on the other end of the phone every time.
Founder
Freeze Frame Solutions was founded by Orion Grimm. Born and raised in Alaska. Built the kind of IT shop he wished existed when he was on the other side of the desk.

What we run
We're vendor-best-in-class, not vendor-locked-in. Our standard stack is Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for productivity, UniFi for networking, Huntress for endpoint security, Pax8 for licensing, Cloudflare for DNS and edge security, and Gorelo for monitoring and remote management. We support what fits your business, not what pays the highest commission.
